Question 1

How do lessons take place?

Accepted Answer

Lessons happen on video. Each teacher provides their own Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link, and it appears on your booking in your dashboard once the lesson is confirmed.

Question 2

How long is a lesson?

Accepted Answer

One lesson is 25 minutes. If you want longer, you can book consecutive lessons — 2 lessons is 50 minutes, 3 is 75, and so on. Each 25-minute lesson uses one credit.

Question 3

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancelling before the platform cutoff (12 hours by default) returns the credits to your account automatically. After that, the credits are used.

Question 4

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Lesson credits are valid for 12 months from the day you buy them, and work with any teacher.
